The board of aldermen unanimously authorized a contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., for Phase I services involving a study of the area’s economic vitality, culture and quality of life. The project area includes the Parkway from the Grand Glaize Bridge to Lazy Days Road. Cost to the city is not to exceed $73,470.
